-Stabled - Your packet will be at your stall
-Haul-ins - your packet will be in the box outside the show office in Barn 14.
For those missing something with your entry. Please make every attempt to complete your entry before check in. If you still need to turn something in, text Patti (919-210-5899) to make an appointment at the show office.

Ride Times (subject to change, so be sure to check back towards the end of the week)
Stabling/Paddock/Camper Assignments - Also subject to change. Check back Friday morning so I can have a chance to make sure about things like stalls having doors, and camper outlets working.
Breed/Special Awards Sign-ups - Save time by signing up online.
Facility - Address is 200 Beulah Hill Road S, Pinehurst, NC. Use the entrance off Beulah Hill Road - NOT off Morganton Rd. After entering harness track turn right onto road. Just past the Fair Barn parking lot turn left onto a half hidden road and follow around. Barn 11 will be the first barn on your right. Show office & test pick up is in Barn 14 at the Barn 12 end. Day Parking is either in the field on your left after the Fairbarn, or in between barns 14 and 15.
Musical Freestyle Soundchecks - Friday Evening at 5:30
COVID/Safe Sport Compliancy - This is a USEF rated show, and Covid rules apply.
Hospitality
Friday Night Welcome Wagon - Snacks and beverages coming to each barn around 5pm.
Saturday Happy Hour - Fiesta Fun Cart (margaritas) coming to each barn around 3pm
Equestrymen Saturday Social - Drinks and food at the conclusion of competition in Barn 14.
Ezium Coffee and snacks available each morning in front of the show office in Barn 14 (sponsored by Ezium)
Door Prizes - Door prizes will be given away throughout the show. Listen for your name or competitor number over the loud speaker, or check the list in front of the show office.
Food will be available at the Track Restaurant located on site until lunch time. There are 5 take-out food places 1 mile from the showgrounds – going left out of the facility. Bottled water will be available at the show office and in the warm up.
